Constructive Consulting, Inc. provides quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid review for contractors. Our work focuses on metal stud framing, drywall assemblies, and related interior and exterior finish trades.

We use On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to organize quantities, material requirements, and labor costs. Our estimating work draws on more than 45 years of construction industry experience.

Communication and Scope Review

Clear scope and current documents are essential to a useful estimate. Send the project plans, specifications, addenda, requested trades, and bid due date. We work with you to identify missing information, clarify assumptions, and keep the estimate aligned with your bidding requirements.

Planning Your Request

Please submit service requests at least seven business days before the date you need our work. Smaller projects may be accommodated sooner, depending on scope and availability. CCI will review your request and confirm acceptance and scheduling before work begins.
